National Hurricane Center releases 2006 Forecast

The National Hurricane Center has released its 2006 hurricane forecast. The North Atlantic Hurricane Outlook predicts a very active season, but not a repeat of last year's record-breaking season. The NHC predicts 13-16 named storms (tropical storms included), 8-10 hurricanes, and 4-6 major hurricanes.
