More than Just Talk Now....

General Electric has broken ground for a new facility in Wilmington, North Carolina that will fabricate parts for nuclear reactors that will be marketed in countries, such as China, that have rapidly rising energy demand.

This is a great way to cut back on China's particulate pollution problem!
